WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS AND RELY ON THE HONESTY OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO HONOR THEIR COMMITMENT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED BY OUR COMPANY WHICH IN NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES PRESENTS NO REAL PROBLEMS, HOWEVER WE HAVE NOTICED AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF GHOST CUSTOMERS WHO PHONE TO ASK FOR A SERVICE THEN DIRECT US TO A PROPER ADDRESS HOWEVER THE PERSON IN THE HOUSE DID NOT ASK FOR OUR SERVICES WHICH LEADS US TO TAKE A LOSS, WE CAN COVER A FEW INSTANCES HOWEVER ITS GETTING TO THE STAGE WHERE WE NEED TO START ASKING FOR A 25% DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMER IS GENUINE, WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS MAY CAUSE.
